Who we are and BWB

Stephanie Cady

I am a Resident in Counseling and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) and a Sex Offender Treatment Provider-Trainee (SOTP-T) with extensive experience in the mental health and non-profit sectors. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including children, families, and adults—particularly those who are Spanish-speaking or currently incarcerated. I take a culturally responsive and trauma-informed approach to therapy, integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered practices.

I am passionate about walking alongside individuals and families on their unique journeys, supporting them as they set goals, overcome challenges, and discover their own strength—whether through small steps or major milestones. My work is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep belief in the resilience of every person. Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy traveling, spending quality time with my family, and exploring new Latin cuisines whenever I get the chance.

Brittany Botelho

I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Sex Offender Treatment Provider-Trainee (SOTP-T) with a background in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families experiencing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. I incorporate a variety of techniques and approaches during sessions based on my clients' needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies.

I often combine evidence-based methods with creative activities and am passionate about helping others develop coping skills, build resilience, improve relationships, and have fun while reaching their treatment goals! In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, and trying out local restaurants (Taco’s are my favorite!).
